应用:用于耐磨性物质的抽吸和输送软管。如固体,粒状,尘土,粉末,气体和液体介质,抽吸PVC颗粒,高温塑料粒子,纸屑,纺织纤维,谷物,饲料,木屑,烟尘,油气,油液等等。对抗机械磨损性能卓越,可用于需要防微生物的耐磨性固体的抽吸和输送,良好的耐真空和耐压性。

材料:管壁采用TSU加强型聚氨酯,比聚醚型聚氨酯耐磨能力增强40%,又同时兼具聚醚型聚氨酯的耐水性能。壁厚约:1.5mm

增强层:北利尔螺旋钢丝外包聚氨酯增强

特性:高耐磨损,比普通的PU管耐磨增加30%。其光滑的内壁保证物料可以顺畅通过,不会发生粘料现象。特殊的钢丝性能,除了增加压力外,比普通管更加柔软灵活,便于操作。曲挠次数远远超过普通PU管。耐油性,良好的气密性,耐化学性,抗溶剂性,无塑化剂和卤化剂,良好的抗紫外线和耐臭氧性,易弯曲,质量轻,较小的弯曲半径,高拉伸强度和断裂伸长,内壁光滑,拥有合适的流动性,因为接地螺旋而具有导电性,阻燃,防微生物,表面电阻<109欧姆。

温度-40℃到100℃ 短时间可达+165℃


APPLICATION:Suction and conveying hose for abrasive substances. Such as solid, granular, dust, powder, gas and liquid media, pumping PVC particles, high temperature plastic particles, paper, textile fibers, grains, feed, wood chips, soot, oil and gas, oil and so on. Excellent resistance to mechanical wear, can be used for the need of anti-microbial wear resistance solid suction and transport, good vacuum and pressure resistance.

Material: The tube wall is made of TSU reinforced polyurethane, which is 40% more wear-resistant than polyether polyurethane, and at the same time has polyether.

Reinforced layer: the water resistance of Beiler spiral steel wire outsource polyurethane enhanced ammonia ester. The wall thickness is about 1.5mm

TEMPERATURE:  -40°C to 100°C, up to +165℃ in a short time
