应用:用于冶金，电力，电子，新能源等需要高绝缘的软管。特别适用水电缆设备冷却系统输送超纯净水。绝缘等级AC10KV。环保标准： 符合欧盟环保标准 ROHS要求。

结构:

内胶：德国进口白色EPDM合成橡胶，高绝缘、抗老化。

增强层：2层高强度合成纤维编织

外胶：白色耐油雾、耐磨、耐臭氧合成橡胶。

包装: 内层透明PE膜缠绕,外层编织带缠绕。卷轴包装为订制品。按客户需要,另外可提供特定长度裁剪，或纸箱包装,塑料或木制托盘包装。

接头连接：可提供推进式接头或是扣压接头总成，材质碳钢，铜，SS304.316另配有专用卡箍。

温度：-40℃～70℃（可定做-40℃ to 120℃）

APPLICATION:High insulation hose used in metallurgy, electricity, electronics, new energy, etc. Especially suitable for water cable equipment cooling system to transport ultra-pure water. Insulation grade AC10KV. Environmental standards: in line with EU environmental standards ROHS requirements.

CONSTRUCTION:  

Tube：White EPDM synthetic rubber imported from Germany, high insulation, anti aging.

Reinforcement：2 layer high strength synthetic fiber braid

Cover:White oil mist resistant, wear resistant, ozone resistant synthetic rubber 

Packing: The inner layer is wrapped with transparent PE film and the outer layer is wrapped with braided tape. The reel is packed in order form. According to customer needs, we can also provide specific length cut, or carton packaging, plastic or wooden pallet packaging.  

Couplings: Push-on fittings or snap-joint assemblies are available, made of carbon steel, copper, SS304.316 with special clamp.

TEMPERATURE: -40℃ to 70 ℃
