应用:抽吸/输送软管,用于固体和液体食品行业,用于医药行业,用于化学行业。

材料:螺旋圈:螺旋钢丝  管壁:聚醚型聚氨酯,食品级 壁厚:约2.1mm 

特性:无塑化剂和卤化剂,良好的耐化学性,良好的抗紫外线和耐臭氧性,良好的气密性,较小的弯曲半径,耐高压和真空阻力,高拉伸强度,内壁光滑,高流动性,根据TRBS 2153要求,适合非可燃粉尘/散体颗粒和低导电性的气体/液体。金属丝应两端接地,以确保消除静电,防微生物,防水解,易弯曲,无臭/无味,软管符合下面的欧洲食品行业的法律法规-EU Regulations 1935/2004,10/2011 和 1282/2011,原材料符合下面的食品行业的法律法规 -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010。

温度-40℃~90℃,短时间可达+125℃


APPLICATION:Suction/delivery hose for solid and liquid food industry,used for pharmaceutical industry,  chemical industry.

Material: Spiral ring: spiral steel wire

Tube wall: polyether polyurethane, food grade

Wall thickness: about 2.1mm

Features: No plasticizers and halogenators, minimal bending radius, good chemical resistance, good UV and ozone resistance, good air tightness, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, According to TRBS 2153 requirements, suitable for non-combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid .The wire should be grounded at both ends to ensure the elimination of static electricity, odorless/tasteless.Raw materials comply with the following food industry laws and regulations -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010

TEMPERATURE:  -40°C to 90°C It can reach +125in a short time
